Order Processing

All orders are processed and shipped within 7 business days of purchase, excluding weekends and holidays.

Delivery Times

Once shipped, delivery typically takes up to 14 days depending on your location. These are estimates, not guarantees, and can be affected by carrier delays or customs processing.

Shipping Rates

All orders ship free, with no minimum purchase required. If you'd like added peace of mind, we also offer an optional Express Insured Shipping upgrade for $8.00 at checkout, which includes package insurance and faster handling.

International Shipping

We ship internationally. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by their country upon arrival — these are not included in your order total and are outside our control.

Please note: some of our products (such as our rechargeable bag sealer) contain a built-in lithium battery. A small number of countries restrict or delay the import of battery-powered electronics, which may extend delivery times or affect customs processing for these specific items.

Additionally, some of our products (such as our tallow-based skincare items) contain animal-derived ingredients. A number of countries restrict or prohibit the import of animal-derived cosmetic products for biosecurity reasons, which may result in additional customs delays, inspection, or the shipment being rejected by customs in your country. We recommend checking your country's import regulations before ordering if you have concerns.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your package's progress to your door.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect address information provided by the customer.

Delayed or Lost Shipments

If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery window, contact us with your order number and we'll investigate with the carrier on your behalf.
